Bill and Donna seem to be having a great time traveling great distances without the interference of mother nature. They anchored in Mannasquan, NJ and Atlantic City and traveled through the N.J. intercoastal. There were 13 bridges. Some that were high enough for 'Interim' to go under and others that opened on demand. They anchored in Cape May, N.J. and according to Bill the trip up the Delaware Bay was the calmest he ever experienced. Although I was keeping my eye on the weather maps they seemed to avoid most of the wind and thunderstorms that were hanging around.
They made a stop in Annapolis where Bill took Donna to a bar that served appetizers when drinks were ordered. As I was talking to him he was slurping oysters (some fancy appetizers!!). They were getting up early this morning to take a big chunk out of The Chesapeake Bay. My one regret about staying home is the lack of photos. I love the visuals that tell an even better story. So I will keep the text short and look forward to adding photos when I join 'Interim'.
